Returns Policy
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report an issue with your order. As shutki is a food product, we accept returns only for items that are unopened, in their original sealed packaging.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll replace it or refund you in full, no questions asked.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or unsealed food packages (for food-safety reasons)
- Custom-cut or custom-packed orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
For exchanges, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
